What are your goals for 2022? What drives you to reach them?

Today I wanted to share a great clip from a recent seminar I held where I discussed agents’ income goals for 2022.

All sales agents have an income goal for next year, and in the seminar, I had all of our attendees write down a number in their workbooks to represent their desired income for the new year. I also asked them to write five reasons why their numbers were important to them, as well as what awesome and exciting things they planned to do once they hit their goals. Many of us are high achievers with big goals, and we sometimes forget to celebrate our successes.

Those who have been in this business for a few years know that it’s not always fun. There are days when we get short appraisals or clients who call to yell at us. Things can get really difficult. If you’re not laser-focused on why your income goal means so much to you, then it’s easy to not do the necessary tasks to reach it.
