You may have done a SWOT analysis before, but it’s crucial when doing business planning because it allows you to honestly analyze yourself in ways we usually don’t. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I recently hosted a seminar about this, and today’s video was taken from that class.
