1. I’ve already met my cap at my current brokerage, can I still join? We can definitely work with you on that and help you get your listings moved over.

2. Do you think everyone should be on a team or starting their own? I feel like being on a team is good for some and not for others. We’ll work with you to figure out if it’s the right fit for you. As for starting your own team, I believe that there are definitely individual metrics you should hit before starting your own.

3. Is office space available? Yes. We have low-fee flex space if you don’t want a designated office space.
